photography

You might remember I got a digital camera for The Niece the Christmas before last and wasn't that impressed with it. At around the same time I also got one for my class, unsure of how long it would last.

Well, it has (surprisingly) lasted quite well. Nothing has broken off and the screw-heads I was worried about haven't become that badly damaged. The picture quality is still dreadful, but the kids don't mind in the least.

My current class are loving the camera (which I have only just introduced to them) and have taken over a thousand photos and drained the camera's batteries in less than 8 days (I can't remember changing the batteries at all last academic year). Obviously I can't share any of the amazing portraits they've taken of each other, but I've made a photo album of the best of the rest.
